Please note treatment only bookings do not include use of our spa facilities - if you wish to include facilities please contact us directly to book a spa day.

The Spa is open from 8am - 8pm daily for our facilities. Treatments are available between 9.30am-5.30pm daily.

CANCELLATION POLICY

With all Spa treatment only bookings the full payment is required at time of booking and is non-refundable

If less than 7 days is given and you would like to move dates, we will require the full amount to be paid. This can be put on hold for 6 months or put straight onto a new date. Any Cancellations made 72 hours or less will be charged the full payment and this will be lost. Please note it is the responsibility of the Party lead name to take on any cancelled appointments if less than 72 hours’ notice.

Group bookings of 5 guests or more require full payment to be made 1 month prior to arrival.

Non-residential treatment bookings require full payment and are non-refundable. Membership fees are non-refundable.

MEDICATION

If you are taking any medication, it is advisable you consult your doctor before booking a treatment

and also advisable you talk to your therapist beforehand.

APPOINTMENT TIMINGS

We would ask that you arrive 10 minutes prior to your treatment to fill out your consultation card. If you arrive late

this will impact the length of your treatment. CHILDREN AT THE SPA

Children of residents between the age of 9 and 16 are able to use the swimming pool between 5pm-6pm daily.
