Cancellation Policy

With all Spa Day bookings there is a non-refundable deposit of £50 per booking.

If less than 7 days is given and you would like to move dates, we will require the full amount to be paid. This can be put on hold for 6 months or put straight onto a new date.

Any Cancellations made 48 hours or less will be charged the full payment and this will be lost.

Please note it is the responsibility of the Party lead name to take on any cancelled appointments if less than 72 hours’ notice. Non-residential treatment bookings require full payment and are non-refundable. Membership fees are non-refundable
